PLEASE NOTE: remember that you have as much as 6GB for your email and documents on each of your company's email accounts! So there is no need to worry. If you are out of office, you can still check your mail and answer by visiting your Gmail application on address: mail.yourdomain.com [of course yourdomail.com is name of your own domain name].
Remember that we've enabled few great features for you together with new email solution:
- Google Calendar - your company's calendar - create as much calendars as you like and share some with others. Set up sms reminders if you like. Access calendar on calendar.yourdomain.com [of course yourdomail.com is name of your own domain name]
- Google Docs - your companys or private documends that can be created / uploaded, stored and edited online. Now you can access them from any place in the world. Access documents on docs.yourdomain.com [of course yourdomail.com is name of your own domain name]
